dealing with wedding stress
Are you at that point were the stress is getting to you ? Are you afraid to tell people no?take a step back and breath. Here are a few things that you can do to deal with the stress.
1) Take for some time for yourself. Do some thing that makes you happy, anything that will take your mind off the wedding. I know that when I get stressed about planning my wedding that I love to go get my nails done. I just take the day and do things that I enjoy doing. I go shopping, hand out with friends that I have not seen in a long time.
2) A day where no one talks about the wedding. Yes this may seem like a stupid one but it really works. Take On day and tell everyone that you are not talking about the wedding. Know one will be mad at you if you just tell them that you want a day were there is no wedding talk. It works better than you think. it gives you a day to clear your head with out every other word being wedding talk.
3) Talk to your partner. I know that this may seem silly but boy dose it work. Sometimes All you need is someone to talk to and they are there to listen. Most husbands to be think ,that we have been planning this day since we were like five. Some think that all they have to do is show up because we have it all planned, well there wrong. So sit down and talk it out tell them that you are stressed out and need there help.
There are many ways to deal with stress. these are just a few. All you need is to take a step back and try some of these out. there are may other ways to deal with stress. Just remember to breath.
